True...the only moderate kid I have is our 10 year old adopted son. We adopted him when he was 7, and he is missing his right arm from the elbow. We knew his foster parents babied him but we want him to be dependent on himself. He gives up easily but we give him praise for trying it. Last night, we were watching Master Chef Junior and he said, “That kid is missing his arm.” We told him, he can do anything if he put his mind to it.
