The Identity agenda purposely confuse race with culture. I know that you are aware of the difference. Culture is that social function that teaches the next generation the behavior which benefits survival. If the youth are taught that criminal activity is the way to go, criminals they will be. Thus, law enforcement is bringing more of them into the justice system than other cultures. The Asian culture has a deep respect for the rules of civil behavior. So does main-stream Americans; many of them being Christian. I know I simplified the way it is. Giving an university dissertation is not my thing.
