This article is not about letting the illegals vote.
This is about something just as insidious — the counting of PEOPLE for purposes of determining how many representatives each state sends to the House of Representatives. It is one thing to count only citizens. It is another thing entirely to count all people, legal citizens AND illegal aliens.
If a liberal state gets two more reps (based on illegals) and a conservative state loses two reps, then the balance of power in Congress can easily tip.
But won’t the illegals kill the Blue State inhabitants, thereby reducing the population?
