If she wins DC (which is her only possibility on Tuesday) she will consider Super Tuesday to be a victory and a reason to continue on......lol.
She will be badly humiliated everywhere else.

She is totally delusional at this point!

By staying in, Haley can hurt Trump, as others here have noted. But she’s a weak nothing. So any damage she could do would be minimal.

The only other explanation I can think of is that Haley is hoping that something really bad happens to Trump. Then the question becomes, what would happen to the delegates Trump won?

I did a quick (and incomplete) look into that. The rules are complicated. You’d think the delegates would become free agents. But some states have weird rules for the first round of voting. So I guess anything’s possible.

Does DC have an open or closed primary? If closed, Republicans may not support Nikki.
