Yes, I was thinking that too. All of the rest of us are standing in line, held up at the gate entry 1/2 hour for metal detectors and open purse checks and backpack checks.
So how did his illegally-carried gun get through? Were they too scared of being accused of noticing thugs to dare stop the criminal?

I don’t think there was any gun in the park (other than police). There were fights in the park but the shootings took place outside on and about a public road.
