I think the judge would do everything he could to dismiss - except it’s just too obvious. If he doesn’t disqualify her then there’s ZERO justice system working and everyone will know it. He *has* to - it’d also, potentially, ruin any integrity he has as a judge.

These people flaunted the conflict of interest. Clearly there was a ‘relationship’ before she hired him. Clearly, on the State dime, they went places together. That alone should have been disclosed for the mere ‘appearance of impropriety’. Except the opposite was done. She claims she paid him back with cash, from under the bed - no accounting.

The judge would have to be an idiot to not see the ‘appearance of impropriety’ which is all that is required.

And lefties would do everything possible to destroy his career and any personal peace of mind, and even personal security he might have.

The lefty press is already going after him.
