Crossroads with Joshua Philipp

@crossroads_josh

The Supreme Court is readying to hear a case that can determine whether censorship on social media platforms is legal. This particular case focuses on laws in Texas and Florida that restrict social networks from carrying out political censorship.

SCOTUS’ decision on this case could have sweeping implications. Especially as this ties in with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act which makes it so that social networks are relatively free from legal responsibility over what users post.

Thanks for this info.

This SC decision will be monumental for now and going forward.

It’s truly amazing to me that the demonrats are going to such great lengths to stop Trump and so much is backfiring in their faces.
