Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) released his January 6 Initial Findings Report on Monday, March 11.
Rep. Loudermilk is the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman.
“For nearly two years former Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January 6th Select Committee promoted hearsay and cherry-picked information to promote its political goal – to legislatively prosecute former President Donald Trump,” said Chairman Loudermilk on Monday.
“It was no surprise that the Select Committee’s final report focused primarily on former President Trump and his supporters, not the security failures and reforms needed to ensure the United States Capitol is safer today than in 2021.”
“The American people deserve the entire truth about what caused the violent breach at the United States Capitol of January 6, 2021. It is unfortunate the Select Committee succumbed to their political inclinations and chased false narratives instead of providing the important work of a genuine investigation. In my committee’s investigation, it is my objective to uncover the facts about January 6, without political bias or spin. My report today is just the beginning,” Loudermilk concluded.

I know it has become very depressing to witness the 2-tier justice system but we can’t give up.
This report can be cited over and over as to how the J6 Unselect Committee lied to get President Trump and We the People.

I have concerns with the Tik Tok ban bill.
1. If we are concerned about people’s privacy and data then why aren’t we protecting it universally from every company stealing their data and invading their privacy?
2. This one bothers me. This bill forces the sale of a company owned by an “enemy.” While I certainly will always do everything in my power to protect Americans and put America first, who and which company may become the enemy tomorrow?
We have seen the government choose which speech is accepted and which speech is hate speech and which speech is misinformation and which speech is not accepted.
Then through DHS, tell social media and big tech who to censor and who to shadow ban, while the accepted “good” speech was promoted widely.
We watched Democrats and the media cheer for violent BLM riots for months in 2020 and drop over 95% of charges then Biden’s DOJ turn and continuously prosecute J6 protesters, including nonviolent and those who never entered the Capitol. Now J6’ers have been named an enemy and domestic terrorists by our government.
In other words, once we go down this road, who’s to say that a future congress and admin won’t declare a company to be owned by an “enemy” purely based on politics and speech that current admin doesn’t like? Like X or Truth Social.
3. When Tik Tok is sold, who will buy it? And why is the expectation that it will be better?
If it’s Meta, the content will be very unlikely to change, therefore all the conservatives, who think this bill will protect our children, will be greatly disappointed when it doesn’t change at all. The same gender lies are all over Instagram just like they are on Tik Tok.
Lastly, who gets rich when elected members of congress vote to force ByteDance to sell Tik Tok? Which investment company and investors? Are any of them elected? Bill sponsors/cosponsors? Just asking.
4. If we want to be tough on China, why don’t we move our critical supply chain to be made in America? Why don’t we ban the green new deal which forces America to rely on China for EV batteries? Why don’t we become energy independent again by opening up drilling all over America and rebuilding every sector of fossil fuel energy in the U.S. and dominate the world? Why don’t we make decisions that strengthen our dollar?
5. If as parents, we don’t like what our children are being exposed to then why don’t we be parents and stop our children from being exposed to it?
6. This might confuse some but others will get it. Lastly as a Christian, I like what Jesus did. He had dinner with sinners because he came to save them.
One more thing, I’m typing this on my Apple phone. How many other members of congress have Apple phones made in China?

Mike Sapraicone @MikeSapraicone - a newly Trump endorsed candidate who once endorsed and donated to Trump hating NYC Attorney General Letita James @TishJames, who is trying to bankrupt and jail President Trump and his family members.
This is a DISASTER. The only 3 candidates on this list who have been endorsed by Trump are Sheehy, Rogers, and Sapraicone.
I hope President Trump doesn’t endorse Scam Brown.

Federal Judge Declares Ohio’s Photo ID Election Law Constitutional
A federal judge has ruled that Ohio’s strict voter ID law, which includes a photo provision, is constitutional and has rejected a challenge to it.
The ruling tossed out a complaint filed by a Democratic law firm challenging provisions including a photo ID, “drop box restrictions, and tightened deadlines related to absentee and provisional ballots.”
In his ruling, U.S. District Judge Donald Nugent, a Clinton appointee, found that the Ohio photo ID requirement, in particular, “imposes no more than a minimal burden, if any, for the vast majority of voters.”
The report added: “Nugent also rejected the other claims asserted by the Elias Law Group, whose suit filed last year on behalf of groups representing military veterans, teachers, retirees, and the homeless argued the law imposed ‘needless and discriminatory burdens’ on the right to vote. The suit was filed the same day Republican Gov. Mike DeWine signed the legislation over the objections of voting rights, labor, environmental, and civil rights groups that had been pleading for a veto.”
The judge stated that there is no constitutional entitlement for voters to access mail-in or early voting options. Furthermore, he pointed out that Ohio’s revised timetable for acquiring and submitting absentee ballots is still more accommodating than that of 30 other states.”
He pointed out that the argument suggesting that restricting ballot drop boxes to one location negatively impacted voters was not accurate, given that the 2023 law marked the state’s first use of such boxes.
But, it’s worth noting that the provision enacted by the GOP-controlled legislature to formalize the single-drop box restriction per county came after years of contentious debate on the matter.
