Every day, another outrage.
Just hoping that the illegal aliens, who’ve taken up residence in these posh accommodations, don’t get too comfortable and are among the first ones to be deported.
It was appalling enough to hear how free pre-paid cell phones were being handed out at the border.
These “asylum seekers” should not be treated better than legal American citizens!!!
I get so upset when I see people “ masked up” driving in their cars ALONE!!!
Any more it is “ Masked vs Unmasked” = Liberals vs Conservatives!!!
A lot of the masked are young people - brainwashed by MSM, teachers, and doctors.

Before I get to summary of afternoon proceedings in FLA classified docs hearing, I want to isolate this.
It appears that records related to the grand jury proceedings in DC on the classified docs case remain under seal and have not been transmitted to Judge Cannon or defense.
Recall that almost the entire investigation into the classified docs matter took place in Washington DC—not southern FLA even though it is the controlling jurisdiction since the alleged “crime” of retaining classified records/national defense info happened at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.
DOJ then Jack Smith kept the case in Trump-hating DC courthouse so they could get favorable rulings from then-chief judge Beryl Howell—which they did.
For example, Howell cited the crime fraud exception to justify piercing atty-client privilege between Trump and his lawyer, Evan Corcoran, to force Corcoran to turn over his records to DOJ.
Highly unlikely that would have happened in FLA especially before Judge Cannon.
But right before indictment, Jack Smith moved the case to Florida. Reports at the time indicated DOJ read summaries of its grand jury evidence to a FLA grand jury in order to secure the indictment.
So, how is it almost nine months post-indictment that trove of evidence remains under seal?
When the issue was raised, David Harbach said DOJ was “in the process” of asking the current DC chief judge James Boasberg to review the file, add redactions if needed, and transmit to FLA court.
Suuuuure.

This is the second time a DC appellate panel has determined that DOJ and DC district court judges were oversentencing J6ers. Last year DC appellate court concluded DOJ’s application of prison time and probation for those convicted of petty offense of “parading” was unlawful.

NEW: A federal appeals court may force a slew of Jan. 6 sentences to be recalculated after concluding that district court judges improperly applied an enhancement related to crimes that interfere with the “administration of justice.”

JUST IN: Texas Police are investigating the death of Senator Mitch McConnell’s sister-in-law as a *criminal* investigation, say her death was not a “typical accident.”
Blanco County Sheriff’s Office has sent a letter to Texas AG Ken Paxton after Angela Chao was found dead on February 11 after midnight when her car was pulled out of a pond.
“This incident was not a typical accident,” said Blanco County Sheriff’s Office to Paxton.
“Releasing the reports, videos and other information prior to the completion of the investigation would interfere with the investigation and possible prosecution of this matter.”
Chao was the CEO of shipping company Foremost Group.
Her car was found in a pond on a ranch owned by a “corporate entity” connected to her husband, about 40 miles from Austin. (CNBC)
Chao was the sister of Mitch McConnell’s wife Elaine Chao, former United States Secretary of Transportation.

Biden signs short-term funding bill to avert shutdown
The Senate approved the measure in a 77-13 vote on Thursday after the House did so in a 320-99 vote the same day.

Mitch is stepping down. Warning from the powers-that-be?
So very true.
The DEEP STATE is deep!
The DEEP STATE is wide!
The DEEP STATE is 'YUGE'!
The DEEP STATE thinks they own the nation.
Remember some of the most egregious acts the feral government bureaucrats took against President Trump to protect the DEEP STATE:
Pure evil~~ It makes me sick to my stomach all that they have done and are currently still doing to our dear President Trump!!!! This is insane!
Releasing the reports, videos and other information prior to the completion of the investigation would interfere with the investigation and possible prosecution of this matter.
I read that, earlier, and ... was scratching my head.
That sort of info, released, is many times helpful.
This bipartisan agreement prevents a damaging shutdown and allows more time for Congress to work toward full-year funding bills
Sickening.
Pubbies give the regime what they want, and, disregard the will of We the Taxpayers, AGAIN.

Thanks for the ping!
