Lousy liar.
Judge is wrong on the law and terrible. I’ve been a litigator for 37 years. She has the right to ask if he made a statement, and then aske him the source of the knowlege.
This is really hard to watch. There is no justice.
It has to be frustrating for attorney Merchant since she has all those emails from him containing information from him that he now says he can’t remember.
I hope attorney Gillen also gets to ask questions. I think he is better prepared and more experienced than Merchant.
