Judge McAfee has to realize that Bradley is twisting himself in knots to avoid telling the truth. He also has to realize Bradley has been coached repeatedly in how NOT to answer questions.
Ok here comes the good stuff when he starts stating a bunch of stuff not directly related to the question hoping to elude and blur the air.
He thought if he covered for her they would leave him alone. They are now going to destroy him.
I don't think he needs absolute confirmation in testimony to reach a conclusion of evasion, and I hope that he considers evasive behavior just as good as verbal testimony to reach a conclusion.
