The area around Mar-a-Lago is a high rent district. There are some homes valued at 8 and 9 figures. The idea that Mar-a-Lago was only valued at $18M at the time of the loans is laughable. It is a big piece of property. Eyeballing the map and Zillow, 30 homes at $20M+ would easily fit on the property.
Plus Mar-a-Largo is a Jewel in itself. The mind bogles at what it would sell for fully furnished!
