Someone mentioned the sore loser law and said there aren’t that many states involved and she could fight them in court. Just reporting what I heard…..
As of 2022, 44 states had some form of sore loser statutes on their books. She’s free to challenge them, but I wager her chances aren’t any better in courts than in the primaries.
