I’m still confident he is going to rule she and her office are conflicted in proceeding with the Trump (and other defendants) case.

I can't see how he can just let the two go on about their business in this case, even apart from mere appearances. They are tainted badly.

How he handles the changes in the overall case proceeding is what really matters. And I can't see him hindering that, either, at this point.

I dont see how that can happen in light of the current evidence esp the latest cell phone records bomb. This judge doesnt seem like the Arthur Engoron 'get trump at all costs' type. He actually seems to observe and place a personal value on upholding constitutional law. Fani made herself a clusterfk cake and iced it nicely with that nauseating public statement inside a packed church a month ago. No person with a brain (black or white) believes either of them.

They stole an election from a sitting President. This is nothing compared to that.
