What's happening is they're emptying out the dregs of their jails into the United States and to our communities,

But even if most of them are not dregs, we don’t want them. There’s a limit to compassion.

A cop friend in Tampa had arrested several criminals in Tampa and they lived in Miami. He asked them what they were doing in Tampa and they said they’d been caught robbing houses in Miami by people from the Marial Boat lift. They were told if they were caught again they’d be killed. So they moved their robbing to Tampa. Same thing here, I’ll bet.
