I think many white people are simply afraid to be called a racist and get fired.

There is no white ADL. Jews, blacks, Muslims, even trannies, all have advocacy groups. Straight white Christians have no one.

And if anyone tried to organize such a group, the ADL, BLM, etc. would all denounce it as "white supremecy."

Even conservatives like Ben Shapiro, Dennis Prager, and Tucker Carlson have denounced the concept of white advocacy groups, in the name of individualism and conservative values.
