If I loaned my brother $300, I don’t know how much paperwork would be involved. But if I loaned him $200,000 when I was a ‘college professor’ at Penn, I might want to have proof I leant him the money, even if I trusted him like a brother.
But doesn’t Fed Gov track movements of cash over $10,000? Seems like this one would be recorded somewhere as well as the original supposed ‘loan’.
