one imagines that if they refuse to get out of the car, the police will just let them go on their way, with no further repercussions ?
I think a lot of these so called ‘low intelligent” people are in fact very intelligent, just not educated. The way many play the angles to get free or reduced sentences suggests a fairly high intelligence or at least survival street smarts.
