Nope, I’m NEUTRAL - I neither support arming Russia, nor arming Ukraine. When I can for US military and/or financial aid to Russia, your above claim will be true (but don’t hold your breath for that day).
But, yes, I do let people know what Russian law requires, as a misunderstanding in that regard may lead to a very bad outcome.
There is no Russian law that will be followed, unless Putin wants it.
Putin will not follow any “doctrine” that involves using nukes in Europe, because he knows there will be destruction of Russian forces in Europe..
Putin is simply playing mind games, declaring that parts of Ukraine are Russia, and so don’t you dare take them away.
Of course all this talk of “it’s really Russia” and “the nazis made us do it” is just evil tactics of the type all dictators use.
