I disagree with the received wisdom that someone else will take the no. 1 spot if Biden drops out. Rats will do anything for power, but I don’t see them actually deciding that acing out this “black” woman from the promotion to the No. 1 spot is politically feasible, including because she’s unlikely to go quietly. This article is an attempt to continue to jump start the narrative that she’s smart and capable.
