You’re correct: it is NOT normal....and it’s unsustainable as well. Something is gonna have to give eventually.
A good friend and I were talking about that very thing over coffee yesterday morning. I’m 73-years old and told him that I don’t even recognize this country, or even this world, anymore. EVERYTHING has changed. They’ve destroyed, or trying to destroy, every single thing that this country was founded on...everything.
About the only thing that hasn’t changed at this point in my life time is:: The Word of God. They’ve even tried to take a few swipes at that! But mind my words: they’ll soon outlaw the Bible as “hate speech”...or try to.
We’ve gone from better time to lost time.. It’s generational. And it’s lenient parents with no absolutes.
The 60s.. Rebellion... Kids turning into adults, without basic truths guiding them.
I remember the day kids walked out of the school in rebellion for something. That was the school I attended years before, and never considered doing such a thing.. The worst offense was gum on the floor. How did we come to this point .... Kids running the circus..
