The cathedral needs to be exorcised and be ritually purified before Mass can be said again.

I would think so, too. Demons desecrated the sanctuary, so those demons can still be there. That is most likely also the case in the average liberal “church.” So sorry to see this happen to St. Patrick’s, but in these last days we will be seeing more of this.

As Protestants — one Baptist, one Calvinist Presbyterian — I doubt either of us would be granted a funeral service in a Roman Catholic church. But this atheist was? Seems odd. Does the church allow that now?
Those who arranged it lied to the person who arranges funerals for St Patrick’s.
I’ve seen that reported. I hope it’s true. But what I saw seemed more life “plausible deniability.”
