Imagine how quickly this would stop if these scum could just be shot dead by a concerned citizen, no questions asked?

Criminals are highly protected by legal technicalities, suppressed evidence, disallowed recorded confessions and dna from labs with reliability problems. They are then free to search out new victims.
A true crime series quote from a criminal: “Everything in the system goes in our favor. We love it.”
Thats what I am thinking....shoot enough of them and they stop...just like shooting looters.
