Did you know that taxpayer funded PBS/NPR gets a ton of their news from AP?
AP is an aggregator of news from different regions, right? It used to be a literal teletype machine in the newsrooms. Almost all news services use AP for stories outside of their local area.
I understand that we don’t like their “slant” on things…but everyone uses the stories from AP—from Fox to The NY Times to PBS.
