The judge did not strike Pops testimony. He did mention that the testimony would be accepted under the knowledge of Pop violating the sequestration rules. Or some such.

Got it, thank you. The way this judge has been acting tells me there’s no way in hell he disqualifies her. He is as weak and Limp rested as any man I’ve ever seen in my life, especially a man and Authority like that.

It’s basically to ensure that the losing party can’t claim they were denied due process because they were unable to get in relevant testimony or the other side got In testimony that was improper.
It leaves little opportunity for the loser to win on appeal.

I didn't hear anything about who initially bought the house. But, if it was in his name, he could easily take out a mortgage, either straightforward or reverse. Or maybe she - or they - took it out. In any case, there are rules that need to be followed. Some people think rules are for "other people."
