This wasn't about the RICO charges against President Trump, this was Willis defending why she shouldn't be removed from the case for funneling money to herself via her overpaid boyfriend who wasn't qualified for the job she hired him to do.

There is no jury for this, the judge is deciding from the bench what happens to Willis and Wade, so he gets to say when he's heard enough on that point.
