IMHO, the judge has been pretty fair so far. This is the fourth or fifth lawyer asking her questions. He's trying to keep the lawyers from "laying foundations" that previous lawyers already laid down.

This judge has demonstrated that he understands the points the lawyers are making, and he also understands how Willis and Wade have been evasive in their answers. He admonished Willis twice for being non-responsive and threatened to strike her testimony once.

I think he's protecting these proceedings from appellate challenges.

Everyone should get their own lawyer and their own day. These peoples lives are on the line and their lawyers whom they trust are not allowed to put on a full throated defense. Is this really the system? Charge 20 people, each of them get a lawyer and only 1 lawyer gets to probe? Injustice everywhere. No wonder people are againat the death penalty. You can’t have a death penalty with this type of corrupted system.
