I didn’t know the commerce clause covered education. I’m his is patently illegal.
I’d hazard a guess that the overwhelming majority of what this administration is doing or has done is illegal, but that sure hasn’t stopped them.
Title IX is enforce through spending. The schools cannot be forced but if they violate its provisions they lose their federal money. It is the federal spending on education that is unconstitutional and should be ended. With regard to any constitutional spending, the courts should rule that Congress cannot make it contingent on any matter that it cannot directly legislate.
We’re no longer a republic.
Until that changes, the law is whatever Deep State says it is.
