If Manchin enters the race with Romney, they would siphon votes from President Joe Biden

Romney said that any Democrat is better than Trump. If he ran, it would be solely for the purpose of preventing Trump from winning. He would continually attack Trump to create sound bites for the news (in a way that he never attacked Obama) while ignoring Biden. He might even complement Biden. He clearly has a visceral hatred for Trump.
