“Politically Correct” was the left wing, campus code for “the in crowd” of the 1980’s at Brown University, and “anti-semitism” defined as “being against Jews” was the rage.
That liberal definition of “anti-semitism” - now flipped 180 degrees - demonstrating the wanton caprice of “the enlightened,’” absolutist, out-rage that has no compass.
Proper brainwashing technique is to browbeat the peons to believe X.
When that is complete then proclaim that believers in X are enemies of the state and all good citizens must now believe Y.
When the sheeple start believing Y you own them.
