He is trying to lie but not doing it very well because he is so dumb. This is what DEI hires gets you (and the taxpayers)
This seems like the old saw about not asking the witness a question you don’t already know the answer to.
Now he’s arguing difference between booking and paying for a flight. Even though he previously submitted affidavit saying he paid for one of her flights.
She just got him to admit that he did not claim paying for it on his taxes.
