Does this possibly void the case or do they get someone else to prosecute same charges?
Right now it’s about getting her removed, however it is certainly possible that after the whole thing is reviewed it may very well reveal that the whole mess has been, as we all suspect completely fabricated resulting in the charges being dropped.
I think it would probably get transferred to a prosecutor in another county who would look at the whole mess and drop it with prejudice.
It can be dismissed by this judge. The State AG can decide to re-file the case or not.
