Wade just got obliterated by this new guy, basically admitted he lied about this issue in the interrogatory. Judge sees it as well. I think Fani is cooked.
He just admitted he lied on his divorce interrogatories.

This guy is not qualified to be a prosecutor. His bar license needs to be pulled.

Their incompetence might have aided Trump’s case. I’m not sure Mr Wade can make a proper objection. It would have to be a My Cousin Vinny prosecution.

Even MSNBC’s legal analyst is saying Willis is toast. The judge is no fool. He realizes that Wade is trying to answer the questions without lying but is having a hard time doing so.
Wade is either lying, stupid and ignorant, or both. No way he can continue being on the Trump case. Add in corrupt to the mix and it removes Willis’s entire office from the case.
I doubt Willis is much smarter than Wade, to be honest. Can’t wait to see this guy go after Willis.
They are addressing the book “Find me the Votes” that was meant to boost Fani Willis’ credentials. She was a bit too honest with the authors. LOL!
The Trump case and this just released book was supposed to spring Willis all the way to the Georgia Supreme Court. She is now watching those dreams dashed!

Ms. Merchant did good job of examination of Wade, but this attorney asks “tighter” questions making it more difficult for Wade to weasel out of directly answering the question.

Yes and although she appears very able her habit of interrupting the witness and exhibiting impatience with his answers weakened her impact.

Craig Gillen is doing an excellent job. At the beginning the Judge seemed about wary of whether to allow some lines of questioning and whether they were relevant. I think he now realizes that they are relevant and Willis and Wade have both previously lied. He is now overruling a lot of the other attorney’s objections.
Wade just asked for a definition of “public money”. I guess he just thinks all money is “his”.
