To the Editor [New York Times]:
The stability of our nation rests on the ability of White House aides to effectively function as mental hospital orderlies to contain President Trump. How effectively they can control him in his remaining days in office is not clear.
If they fail and Mr. Trump is able to act in a manner that brings harm to our country and the world, the responsibility forever will rest on Vice President Mike Pence for not exercising the 25th Amendment. It is known by all that Donald Trump is a clear and present danger.
