The eligibility requirements for President and Vice President are the same. It’s explicitly stated in the 12th Amendment.

“But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.”

The fact that Harris currently holds the office of Vice President means Congress has already decided she is eligible to be President. While the exact requirements for “natural born” citizenship have never been decided by the Supreme Court, I think it is foolish to hold out hope that SCOTUS would ever decide that she’s not a natural born citizen. It would open too many cans of worms that they will not be willing to open.

So whether or not she is, in fact, eligible to be President or Vice President, she is currently in the office, and if Biden were to die or resign or be declared unable to carry out his duties, the fact is, Harris will be the only one who will take his place. No one of consequence will be arguing that Harris is ineligible and that therefore it devolves upon Johnson.

If Biden resigns or is forced out via the 25th Amendment, Kamala becomes the president and then for the Dems to deny her the nomination (assuming she wants it) could be tricky for them. Dumping the intersectional imbecile for the blow-dried white guy? I actually think the enemy would be quite happy with Kamala as president. She is DEI all the way and is controllable. And there are enough dummy voters who would be all giddy over a female president (which at that point she would already be and basking in the glow of) that she would have a strong shot of being elected in her own right.
