The majority of mail in ballots are received a week before the election, so this idiot opens up all the ballots and throws out all the ballots voting for a candidate he doesn’t like? Did they do this in 2020? Of course they did. Just like these ballots never existed.
Mail in voting is totally fraudulent and should not be allowed.
It won’t work that way. If you ever played the tower-block game, “Jenga”, imagine a version where your job was to build the tower up, while your opponent’s job was to tear it down. There will be no way to win.

However, the Colorado legislature has the unilateral right to say its electors are for Biden, Hillary, Newsom or Trump. It doesn’t probably because Republican legislators have the power to select more electors.

I looked at one charging document and it claimed the accused participated in a riot.
