As soon as it was clear that Biden was going to be installed, Netanyahu made nice with Biden and distanced himself from Trump. I understand that, he has to deal with the folks running thing at a given time.

However, if such manners are ignored, and you get treated as an enemy, what then?

It is a problem in our system when policy bounces around like a pinball, but that’s an inherent danger when half the country leans one way, and half leans the other.

That wasn’t even the important issue that turned Trump off of Netanyahu. Trump had a deal with Israel that they would work together to assassinate Iranian General Qassem Soleimani in Bagdad. At the last minute Israel back out and made the US do it alone because they knew Iran would retaliate and didn’t want to take the hit themselves, rather they wanted the US to take the hit. Trust me Trump didn’t forget that and still mentions it.
