The state was Georgia, same as this story.

Here is a link I quickly pulled up. The real story is that Arbery was a typical black thug criminal and the guys who were convicted were literally trying to protect their neighborhood. There are those on FR who dispute that. They are wrong.

Ok junior. Go and dress up like you are in Iraq and patrol your neighborhood. Give your hand and arm signals, make sure to cover each other, and check every swingset and mailbox for IEDs.

We will all laugh at you.

” It would probably take the police 10 or 15 minutes to figure that out.”

So true. Hell, it didn’t work that well back in he old days even.

I do appreciate being called junior, as I am rather handsome and young appearing for my age.

I did however log 932 hours of combat flight as a crew chief in UH-1's in 1969 at the ripe age of 18-19 during 69-70 in RVN.

In addition, my community sheepdogs and fellow vets already have those communication methods and hand signs down, and we do watch the neighborhood and each other's backs and properties, and do occasionally take an evening or night walk, always armed.

This includes local LEO's who live here.

There is no local crime.

So, you may laugh, you may snicker, or you may bust out LOL ing, it's on you to do as you wish.

We understand the US Constitution, and have all sworn to uphold it, all of it, even parts that individually we may have differing opinions on.

Perhaps next time there is a developing scenario, we can text you for advice as to how to best proceed?

Yep- I thought they had every right to chase him down- that particular town did allow citizen’s arrests- and the thug Arbery woudl have been fine had he simply stopped and NOT grabbed for the gun-

I watched the videos of the construction site breakin by arbery- and it looked very much like he went in with sneakers on and came out with boots on- and it was also reported that when he ran, he dropped a hammer, which someone posted a photo (which wasn’t too great a photo but appeared to show a hammer in the road)

There was video from directly across the street too- and the kid absolutely went into the construction home-
