“He doesn’t have the mental capacity to participate in his own defense now”
The Special Prosecutor can make that determination if they want to do so, but on reflection its seems like he should have ordered a full dementia exam as a part of the process.
Otherwise he is just making raw assertions in an area where he lacks professional expertise.
How is the SC qualified to make that determination? Is he a doctor too?
