I consulted Google on your question about Harris’s citizenship. Here is what Google says:

“A natural born citizen refers to someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth, and did not need to go through a naturalization proceeding later in life. Under the 14th Amendment’s Naturalization Clause and the Supreme Court case of United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US.”

If she was born in the US, then she was natural born.

Wong Kim Ark (1898) ruled on a child of parents who were RESIDENTS of the US.

The parents of Kamala Harris were not residents of the US at the time on October 20, 1964 therefore her citizenship was derived from India and Jamaica at the time of her birth.

Her parents received residential status later, in 1967 and 1968.
