President Joe Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency,” Department of Justice special counsel said in a report released Thursday.
But special counsel Robert Hur also said that he would not criminally prosecute Biden for his handling of that material.

When I handled classified material, we were told that we were responsible whether we disclosed it on purpose or by accident. It didn’t matter. Even if we had “good intentions” it didn’t matter. When a soldier in Afghanistan discovered his unit was in immediate danger and the only way to warn them was on a non-classified system, he was prosecuted for it. If he’d claimed to be a non-binary democrat, he’d probably have had it swept under the rug.
“He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died,” the special counsel said.

The report clearly suggests he is not competent to hold the office of President. If we had a real opposition party, McConnell, Johnson, Republican governors, and every Republican politician would be screaming publicly for Biden’s resignation. However, they are collaborators, not opponents or protectors of the Constitution.

I was in MACVSOG. Yes, we were a TS unit. We called in TAC AIR and many other things on regular FM radio or on an URC 10 that pilots shot down used if still alive. I do not understand needing to warn one’s unit via secure means if men may die. Who came up with this? Was it the idiot who sent supplies up and down roads where IED’s killed so many?
