abortion is a right, the right to carry is not.
Unbelieve how stupid liberals are
The State of Hawaii is in a state of insurrection to the Constitution of The United States of America. All of their current state officers advancing this insurrection should be immediately removed from office.
The United States should unleash the spirit of “Tora, Tora, Tora” on Hawaii.
Per the Constitution, the Hawaii court is wrong. Very wrong.
I know that Hawaii is, after the native pride act for the “howlies”, totally a Democrat party stronghold actually pre-dating California being locked up to one party. They like making verbal stabs toward seceding while addicted to the mainland’s trade and Big Gov’s generous handouts that allows them to survive. Slave state to the Demoncrat Party so I think President Trump couldn’t go wrong taking their wayward patriot lady as a running mate. JMO
SCOTUS ruled...9-0...in Caetano's favor stating in its decision that the state Supreme Court's reasoning in upholding her conviction was "frivolous".
But to their credit the state courts reversed her conviction and invalidated the law under which she was convicted. IOW...they obeyed the SCOTUS decision.
Looks like Hawaii is taking a different path.
This case will likely be struck down by a higher court.
When some psycho criminal is pointing a weapon at you, “Aloha” means goodbye.
I soon expect the People’s Republic of Minnesota to similarly declare that “Minnesota nice” precludes the Second Amendment
This is the consequence of the Supremes dereliction of duty from the 2020 election onward in support of the “get Trump” effort. Also their halfhearted measures in the “Bake the Cake” cases did the same thing.
Everyone sees weakness and now they have state supreme courts overruling them because Aloha, the edicts of king Kamemameha in 1810, TV shows etc. Amy Conehead Barrett and Roberts need to pull their heads outta their ass and start enforcing some discipline in our court system.
What do you know?
Turns out “Aloha” means “Seig Heil”.
It seems that the Court said that the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment by the U.S. Supreme Court do not extend to Hawaii citizens, citing the “spirit of Aloha.”.
Citing the word “Hawaii Citizens”, does that extend/include Law Enforcement as well; or does Law Enforcement have to be non-citizens or foreign nationals.
If I remember correctly, a former United States President agreed with a UN Resolution to allow United Nations Troops to be stationed in the US. If the above is true, is there a possibility of foreign troops in Hawaii to maintain “The Spirit of Aloha”?
Cut ‘em loose. See how well they float around in the Pacific on their own..
Restore the Monarchy, and turn them loose.
We should call this guy Todd the Twirp.
If there was no United States Constitution, he wouldn’t be anywhere near Hawaii and certainly not playing Judge there.
All of those things come from us.
If he’d like to secede and go back to Hawaiian control, I think a) the Hawaiians would love that and b) they’ll get rid of him the next day.
How many divisions do they have?
How many divisions do they have?
Soon the Spirit of Harvey Milk will raise its head in the San Francisco court system.

That word again it’s starting to sound like code for plague.
Well heck who knew? Aloha-—the MF is silent.
