I retired because I was old enough and could afford it—but also because my memory capacity was down a bit—maybe 10% from my younger peak.

I had a job where I was cross examined about once a week by senior management and had to be at the top of my game.

I left before there were noticeable problems.

Biden is an example of what happens if you wait too long.

Indeed. It is a hard thing to admit, and comes to all of us sooner or later.

It takes wisdom and humility to recognize when it’s time to “hang up our spurs”.

Obviously, bribedon has neither.

I still ride the Harley though. It will break my heart when I recognize that it is no longer safe to do so, but, as of right now, I’m still good.
