I won’t try to predict how Kagan is going to rule on this case; but she is by far the most intelligent of the three Dem justices (aka The Weird Sisters: hat tip to Shakespeare and Macbeth).

Yes, she’s the only one of the three actually qualified to be there.

Kagan sounded unconvinced. the Wise Latina and KJB will side with her.
After listening to this hearing today I’m leaning to a 9-0 decision.
