...for corporate landlords

Hear me out... maybe we just let this situation cook for a while.

Blackrock, Vanguard, and the other hedge funds wanted to get into the landlord business and turn America into a nation of renters. They sucked up entire neighborhoods of single family homes, spiked prices and crowded out actual families wanting to build a foundation for their future, all for some easily acquired assets on trillion dollar balance sheets.

Those hedge funds have the resources to lobby politicians to change squatter laws, absorb capital losses to repair damaged properties and go through litigation. They also have no emotional or urgent attachment to the assets and will write them off if the costs hit certain marks on their spreadsheets.

“You got any weapons in the car?”

“No!”

“Ok, stay right there, I’ll get you some from my car.”

diversity, open borders, and removing God from the
public square have caused all these problems.

***********

I don’t disagree but the citizens let the rulers do this. In
part they helped it along by going to Africa and bringing in
their natives to do the grunt labor both home/outside home.
In the 1860s there was a civil war giving them freedom from
the slave labor.

And now the brown skins are coming in and they will become the
next group to be mixed/mingle within the population for both labor
and handouts.

You can’t remove their wants to get the benefits that the
others got from Columbus on down until today. Lots of
changes since 1492.

This would be the same problem with taking in an illegal alien family. Once they had overstayed their welcome it would take a long and expensive eviction process to get rid of them. And you might even lose that.

Corporations buying houses they can afford to leave vacant in neighborhoods of family residences, and a legal system that allows it. What could go wrong?

50 years ago this would never have happened. The solution was simple. Call the cops and get rid of them. But we are so feminized as a nation that we are pretty much hogtied as a culture.

I found out the best way to get rid of squatters is to lease the building out to someone, usually someone you know. Interestingly, once they have a signed lease it’s actually easy for THEM to get rid of the squatters, and much easier than for the owner. It’s because of the terms of the standard lease agreement. They have rights to USE of the building.
