What’s next, a higher appeals court or the Supreme Court?

U.S. Supreme Court, D.C Court of appeals is like a minature federal court of appeals, only a cosy set up, so that the Fed Govt can have their own “privilaged” court for one tiny district.

This was a three-judge panel on the court of appeals. Trump's team will likely appeal to the full bench of the appeals court, which will also rule against Trump. THEN it goes to the Supreme Court, which will likely side with Trump on presidential immunity.

Meanwhile, a lot of time gets eaten up and this could well be pushed past the election, which defangs it all.

The case is pending in the District Court, which is the trial court. Appeal is to the Circuit Court of Appeal, then SCOTUS. That’s the entirety of the federal court hierarchy l.

All the judicial courts are compromised and corrupt! Do not expect a favorable ruling from the Supreme Court. Roberts will see to it. You don’t think for one freaking moment. Lawfare is not on top of this? Do you not think for one moment bubba hitlery and the racist Obama connections are not on top of this? Bubba and Hitler are having a damn good time watching Trump go through the ringer.

Supreme Court will vote 9-0 for no immunity. They cannot give a president a free pass to do anything including murder. It’s ridiculous. If it was more condensed to a specific thing maybe.

“What’s next, a higher appeals court or the Supreme Court?”

Trump can request an appeal to the full DC circuit. The full circuit can accept the case, or let the en banc ruling stand.

If this is the case, Trump will then immediately appeal to SCOTUS.

Regardless, Jackoff’s March political show trial is dead, and will likely not be resolved this year, or next, if ever.
