I always assumed he knew, but would have to check the timeline.
I doubt that. :-)
Penn has a bigger endowment than PSU.
Might have something to do with that... 🤔
I’ve been listening to some of the testimony but I didn’t hear anything about the code. On the other hand, I haven’t heard everything that’s been said.

” I found it both amusing and irritating to see how they address this kind of subject with outright lies...”
Even the left-wingers at Reddit have similar views of Wiki, as a bunch of liars and propagandists.
Hypocrisy is not the attribute which separates liberals from conservatives. Intent is. Members of both sides fail to practice their stated goals. Liberals intend to, but conservatives intend not to.
True! Never underestimate the power of the mantle of Ivy League prestige to massage the academic ego.
“I would never trust women in politics outside of Margaret Thatcher.”
The only female politician to ever be worth her salt! :)
Like Chris Plante says....if the left didn’t have double standards, they’d have no standards at all.
Like stomping cockroaches and stink bugs, it’s satisfying but hardly truly accomplishing anything. We need Jesus to win.
I watched 3 episodes. I tried to like it and Costner and failed. Simply, garbage.
It reminded me of watching “The Sopranos” or “Empire Boardwalk”. I loved “Empire Boardwalk” (NOT “Empire”!)
But watching the Sopranos was depressing to me, and I get the same vibe from watching “Yellowstone”.
It is ALL negative, with almost no humorous respite. Very disappointed in Costner for his stamp on this. Shows more of who he really is, and I don’t like to have much to do with those kinds of people.
Whoever is paying for this should be sued for "maintenance." It's not clear if this tort is still recognized in the District of Columbia, but maybe there's a connection with another jurisdiction.
Some excerpts from Wikipedia:
Champerty and maintenance are doctrines in common law jurisdictions that aim to preclude frivolous litigation:
• Maintenance is the intermeddling of a disinterested party to encourage a lawsuit.  It is: "A taking in hand, a bearing up or upholding of quarrels or sides, to the disturbance of the common right."
In Giles v Thompson, Lord Justice Steyn declared: "In modern idiom maintenance is the support of litigation by a stranger without just cause. ...
At common law, maintenance and champerty were both crimes and torts …. ... Champertous contracts can still, depending on jurisdiction, be void for public policy or attract liability for costs.
This concept exists in American jurisprudence but is disdained by "fans of entrepreneurial lawyering in the academy and elsewhere".[27]
I liked Boardwalk Empire (what I could see of it) Steve Buscemi is always good. I didn’t have HBO so I only got to see a few episodes on free time. I don’t have TV per se anymore but we as a family do stream Reacher. It’s not to serious wit no propaganda so far. Other than that no so called main stream programs for me.
I generally don’t like to do series, because like you, I don’t have time.
I admit-I DID watch the new “Reacher” series, and I kind of like the guy who is the main character...
I don’t watch any television anymore (haven’t since about 1995 or 1998) but we do have Amazon Prime, and we get a lot of movies from the library. We have about 70 libraries in the network, you can request them online, and they deliver them to whatever library you tell them to.
Funny. I cannot watch network television. My wife will occasionally tell me there is some movie on television, and I will rent it for money before I watch commercials.
I used to enjoy commercials about 30 years ago, but no more.

DC courts are the beast's home courts. Fedzilla always wins. That's why the FISA court is located in DC, to permit the deep state to spy on any Republican threat it wants to.
