I would bet that Mitch has owned the elections in KY from the beginning. They usually get control by appointing their operatives to the county recorders offices and secretary of state ( final vote counters).

I doubt the USA has had a fair election ...ever. It is pretty typical in politics WORLDWIDE , the USA is not much different than any other gov't , except for the deception of "freedom ", the tyrants give a little more leash , I guess its not too bad here yet, it could be worse
