A Supreme Court judge blasted DA Alvin Bragg for his selective justice efforts.......throwing the book at some people for non-consequential offenses yet routinely coddling those charged with far more serious crimes.
State Supreme Court Justice Brendan T. Lantry wrote in an opinion Thursday, Bragg’s office “routinely — nearly daily — move[s] to dismiss significantly more serious counts even entire indictments”

Justice Brendan T. Lantry added “These motions submitted [by Bragg and his prosecutors] are made months or even years after the 45-day period has expired to dismiss . . . including crimes against the public order and crimes against persons.......sexual assaults, drug sales, robbery, burglary, and other violent and non-violent serious felony offenses.” (courtesy NYPost)
City Council Minority Leader Joseph Borelli (R-Staten Island) cheered the judge, saying: “This is what Alvin Bragg is — a clown,” Borelli told The NY Post. “I’m glad the judge called him out for the world to see.”
Bragg is notorious for letting a violent mob go scot-free after seeing them savagely beat up cops on tape.
Since taking office in 2022, Bragg.....who boasts about being “a son of Harlem on the DA’s web site...... has come under frequent attack for not seeking prison time for various charges and downgrading felony charges in a slew of cases, including armed robbery and drug offenses.
The ghetto-nurtured Bragg showed he’s not up to the job when he set free a mob of savage migrants caught on tape beating up cops in Times Square.
Trying to evade justice, some of the cowardly savages have reportedly skipped town w/ Bragg’s blessing, using tax financed transportation....or maybe a handout from Bragg’s tax-financed budget?
TO be clear Supreme Court in NY is called superior court in most other states.
