As much as anything it is a rescue Biden, sabotage Trump bill. Mitch and his merry band of traitors will do as much as they can to stop Trump even if it means giving the most destructive President in history a second term. If that happens the rat majority is permanent and unbreakable.
I THINK YOU’RE INCORRECT- IT WOULD CODIFY WHAT IS HAPENING NOW, AND MAKE IT LEGAL, AND OVERWRITE EXISTING LAWS.
